GenieFit provides AI-assisted fitness coaching, nutrition tracking, and related features. Content and recommendations are for general informational purposes only and are not medical advice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• GenieFit offers a free tier and a Premium plan priced at ₹199 per month.
• Payments are processed securely through Cashfree.
• Premium access is granted for the paid period and managed via your account.
• Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not upload harmful, infringing, or offensive content.

5. Health Disclaimer

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any diet or exercise program. GenieFit is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with GenieFit are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenieFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
