Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for GenieFit Premium subscriptions.

1. Subscription Plan

GenieFit Premium is a monthly plan priced at ₹199 per month, billed as a one-time payment for each subscription period through Cashfree.

2. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by contacting us.
• On cancellation, you will continue to have Premium access until the end of your current paid period.
• Your subscription will not renew after cancellation.

3. Refunds

• If you are charged in error or experience a technical issue that prevents access to Premium, contact us within 7 days of the transaction for a review.
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Cashfree within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds are generally not provided for partially used subscription periods, except where required by law.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email amritdharaorg@gmail.com with your registered email address, transaction date, and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 24-48 business hours.
